Terms of Service
Effective: 2026-06-04
1. Acceptance
By creating an operator or customer account on MowFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service and the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
MowFlow is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that helps independent lawn-care operators quote, schedule, and bill residential lawn-care services. The platform is operated by MOWFLOW LLC (Illinois). Each operator is an independent business; MowFlow does not employ operators or perform the underlying lawn-care work.
3. Operator accounts
Operators are responsible for the accuracy of pricing, the performance of the service they deliver, and compliance with applicable state and local licensing or insurance requirements. Operators are responsible for the content they upload (branding, service-area descriptions, pricing) and warrant that they have the right to use it.
4. Payments
Payments to operators are processed through Stripe Connect. Operators must complete Stripe's identity-verification flow ("KYC") before MowFlow can route customer payments. Platform fees, including subscription tier and per-job fees, are documented separately in the operator subscription agreement.
5. Customer accounts
Customers purchase services from the displayed operator, not from MowFlow. MowFlow facilitates quote, payment, and scheduling communication on behalf of the operator. Service disputes are between the customer and the operator; MowFlow may, at its discretion, assist with resolution but is not a party to the underlying agreement.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use MowFlow to send unsolicited marketing messages, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape platform data, evade rate limits, or interfere with other operators' or customers' use of the service.
7. Termination
MowFlow may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose material risk to the platform, its operators, or its customers. Operators may close their account at any time; existing customer subscriptions will remain serviceable through the end of the then-current billing cycle.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MowFlow's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees paid to MowFlow by the affected operator in the 12 months preceding the claim. MowFlow disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Changes
MowFlow may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to active operators at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
10. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS-consent box on an operator's MowFlow-hosted quote or booking form, you agree to receive recurring transactional, customer-care, and occasional promotional text messages from your lawn-care operator about your quote and service (quotes, appointment and service reminders, crew-ETA notices, invoices, and seasonal offers). Enrollment in this messaging program is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. Reply START to re-subscribe. Reply HELP, or contact support@mowflow.app, for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile opt-in information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
